COOL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the entire IT Operations project life cycle.
• Be the liaison for the IT Operations team between internal and 3rd party communications.
• Concurrently manage multiple, Customer Facing projects with a primary focus on IT Operations.
• Effectively manage project planning, requirements capture, estimation, development, testing, release, and post-release activities as well as dependencies, issues, risks, and contingency plans as required.
• Plan resource requirements, coordinate resources in line with project timelines, and escalate any need for additional resources.
• Ensure accurate estimation of all project components.
• Maintain up-to-date project reporting.
• Manage stakeholder, client and management expectations escalate as necessary.
• Oversee/Manage certain 3rd party dependencies.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL PROJECT MANAGER?

• 2+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the Gaming/iGaming industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• PRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly desired.
• A high degree of competency in relation to project planning, requirements capture, estimation, development, testing, release, and post-release activities.
• Experience of working with product management teams to prioritize and groom backlogs to ensure the efficiency of sprints and to focus development efforts.
• Expert in using Jira to manage development sprints as well as experience with Confluence, Smart Sheets, and Roadmap/Gantt Chart creation tools.
• Experience in maintaining effective relationships with project stakeholders both internal and external as well as those locally and remotely located.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office core products ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
