We need a candidate who can rock the marketing team and work side by side with the Head of Marketing Operations, Sportsbook Marketing Manager, Country Managers, and our amazing Sportsbook department. As a key player, you'll be the mastermind behind thrilling LATAM Sportsbook campaigns, unleashing your creativity across all channels like on-site campaigns and CRM. Get ready to have a blast while executing our approved marketing plan and leaving a lasting impression on our audience!
YOUR COOL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate in creating and executing LATAM Sportsbook Campaigns according to the yearly plan.
- Propose, build, execute, and analyze local campaigns in collaboration with the Sportsbook Marketing Manager and Country Managers, focusing on providing a tailored product for local markets.
- Write content for Sportsbook and CRM activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify target segments within the sportsbook market to optimize bonus spending effectively.
- Conduct CA/B testing of campaigns to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL SPORTSBOOK COORDINATOR?
- Education: You've aced your higher education in a marketing-related field, showing your passion and dedication.
- Work experience: You've got the experience to back it up, with a solid 2+ years in the industry and at least 1 year specifically in a marketing role.
- Computer skills: You're a wizard with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, making data and presentations your superpower.
- Language skills: Your English and Spanish skills are on point, both in written and spoken form. Communication is your secret weapon!
- Personal characteristics: Your creativity knows no bounds, and you've got a keen eye for the tiniest of details.
- Other necessary skills: Not only are you a sports enthusiast, but you also have the ability to analyze company performance and provide strategic recommendations. When the pressure's on, you stay cool and take lightning-fast action. Nothing can shake you!
