Your day-to-day:
Your job at Boku will be to maintain strong relationships with our bundling clients and manage day-to-day work of operational excellence for leading streaming and VOD providers. Our bundling platform is a service that enables merchants(like Amazon or Disney) and telecom companies to combine products or services together in order to sell them as a single combined unit. In this role, you will be our bundling providers' trusted advisor, identifying and addressing their technical concerns, requests, and aligning their priorities and problems by working closely with internal teams (e.g. different bundling teams, TPM-s, connectivity and engineering).
Some of your responsibilities :
- Managing day-to-day operations for existing live programs
- Ensure that support and operational issues are tracked until resolution within expected timeframes
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. bundling project owners, ops and engineering teams) assuring that customer issues are being resolved and prioritized accordingly
- Supporting Merchants and Partners in comparing and reconciling data
- Supporting Merchants and Partners with post-launch monitoring, performance evaluation and reporting
- Supporting Merchants and Partners with Customer Support related escalations maintenance and outage monitoring, handling and communication
- Tracking account performance (incl. service disruptions) using data and metrics to proactively drive improvements
- Assisting to optimize operational processes, procedures, monitoring and tools for maximum efficiency
Skills and requirements, we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in as Operation Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and Log analysis, troubleshooting
- Experience integrating with third party web services across a variety of technologies (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Enjoy tackling the technical challenges that come with big-scale products
- Have an ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, other languages are bonus
