SPANISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
YOUR COOL ROLE
We are seeking for positive, service-minded people to work with our Mexican, Chilean, Peruvian, Ecuadorian, Mexican, European, and Canadian customers. You will be the face of the company for new customers and the champion of the customers within the company. In our team, you will have the potential to learn and do a lot, simply by taking initiative.
YOUR COOL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping our customers via chat and e-mail, they are cool, but some need more attention than others. The coolest part of the role is using your better judgment and not sounding robotic.
- Working with other departments to solve customer queries requires confirming data from different sources to determine what would be the accurate outcome
- Working night shifts with two weekends off per month
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST?
- Excellent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Service-minded and have a positive attitude. We like to laugh and have fun, so be ready for it!
- Comfortable behind the keyboard, checking different points of data for accuracy
- Interested in making your ideas count and your voice being heard
- Prior work experience is not essential but preferred. You will see the difference with your other work experiences right away, just wait and see. You'll love it!
