We are looking for SEMICONDUCTOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER to design and develop new semiconductor devices in order to expand our business and new projects.

To qualify for the role you must have
• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in electrical engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of previous successful experience in the design and manufacture of
semiconductor devices;
• Strong knowledge of the principles of calculation of semiconductor devices;
• Understanding of manufacturing technology of semiconductor devices;
• Strong background in regulatory documentation and quality control methods;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of technological equipment of semiconductor
production;
• Knowledge of the physical foundations of the operation of semiconductor devices (diodes,
thyristors);
• Strong understanding of methods for measuring parameters, and testing methods for
semiconductor devices;

Key responsibilities and duties

• Development of technological routes for the manufacture of products;
• Development of new technological processes and their implementation into production;
• Development of new semiconductor devices, and production of new products;
• Development of technological documentation, and carrying out changes in technological
documentation
