Your responsibilities
• Support HR team with different administrative tasks.
• Delivers HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees.
•Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed.
• Prepares information and documents for external authorities and partners (social security, income tax, etc.).
• We are living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background
• Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
• A good eye for details and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability
• Pro-active and can-do mindset
• Proficiency in English, Swedish and Estonian knowledge preferred
