Senior Affiliate Manager

Licensed iGaming operator Vivatbet, which will expand to Finland, is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager.

Vivatbet is a young and ambitious iGaming brand with European roots. Our company has an official license to operate in the Estonian market and has plans to expand to other countries in the future. Vivatbet actively supports sports and stands for responsible betting.

We are looking for a digitally-minded affiliate marketing expert who keeps up with the industry trends, is comfortable with numbers and has ability to think proactively.

Responsibilities:

• keeping our company's Affiliate Strategy on course. Applying needed changes and trends to the foundation principles of our affiliation work;
• searching for new affiliate partners, constant communication with the TOP affiliates;
• developing and maintaining relationships with key affiliate partners;
• generating marketing campaigns ideas to attract new partners and retain existing ones;
• verifying, analyzing, and evaluating affiliated traffic quality, offering suggestions to improve player and partner relationships;
• communication with other cross-functional departments within the organization;
• reporting to Regional CMO.

Your work experience:

• experience in affiliate marketing for at least 3 years;
• experience working with revshare, cpa, hybrid payment models;
• experience working in the Nordic countries or having a partner base in the this region;
• native level of Finnish and English at B2 level or higher.

Knowledge of the Russian or Estonian language is considered an additional advantage.
