Pricing Actuary, Analyst Baltics (working on MLOps, machine learning engineering)

• Higher education in data science, computer science, actuarial sciences, econometrics, statistics, mathematics, or similar
• Experience with MLOps pipelines or similar
• Experience with data analysis tools (for example R or similar tools), data science or machine learning
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Results-oriented attitude and analytical thinking
• Fluent in English

We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented Machine learning engineer, who will take key roles in the development of MLOps pipelines for the pricing and risk models of our insurance products in the three Baltic countries. This position is part of the pricing team in the Analytics, Mass Product and Pricing division. You will participate in projects, knowledge sharing and trainings with other analysts and pricing actuaries from the Baltics and Nordics and build best practices in model deployment, test automation, model repositories, pricing infrastructure and analytics infrastructure.

About the job:
• MLOps pipelines creation and automation
• Model repository creation
• Conception and implementation of services and dashboards for continuous monitoring of models and their quality
• Test automation
• Modellers’ code refactoring
• Participation in strategic projects where MLOps, data engineering, or statistics are needed, for example model deployment, development of models, dashboards, and applications
• Documentation of the MLOps process, code versioning
• Presentation of project results to the management
