Finnair Business Services is hiring
SENIOR SPECIALIST, SECURITY AND FRAUD

with focus on tasks related to security, fraud prevention and facilitation processes, including process development. We consider preliminary understanding or previous experience from the fraud field an asset. The suitable candidate has good communication and presentation skills, is proactive and appreciates independent working style.

Main Responsibilities:
• Investigating suspicious bookings and taking action according to agreed policy
• Detecting credit card frauds and informing issuers
• Registering fraudulent transactions for internal/external stakeholders
• Participating in other fraud processes
• Providing statistics to the authorities
• Analysing security, fraud and facilitation data
• Creating, reviewing and updating work instructions
• Coordinating and implementing changes in processes and systems

We appreciate:

• Good team work and communication, presentation skills
• Interest in project management
• Independent working style with tight schedule
• English, both written and spoken; Finnish is beneficial
• Experience in computer skills and relevant IT systems
