Now we are looking for a hiring manager who will recruit and hire illustrators, animators, article authors, translators, proofreaders, screenwriters, and dozens of other creative specialties, where talent and experience are a must.
You are the right match for us if:
- You are a recruiter with work experience, and you strive to only bring the best people to the company;
- You have 90% written-Spoken English proficiency;
- You know assessment methods or really want to learn them;
- You really understand what digital is: internet / social networks / SMM, etc.;
- You are a highly creative person in all situations, you are not afraid to think "out of the box".
The main tasks of a recruiter are a full cycle of searching for creative and administrative specialists for the production of entertainment online content:
- Posting vacancies on all kinds of sites and social networks, actively attracting candidates;
- Screening and conducting initial interviews with candidates;
- Sending test items to candidates and evaluating them;
- Organization of interviews with managers, participation in the assessment of professional competencies and soft skills;
- Organization of the enrolling process
- Maintaining a database of candidates, while keeping track of every candidate's progress in the recruiting pipeline
- Salary + bonuses;
- Career growth within the company depending on your skills and results.
