Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Customer Support/Operations Specialist
- Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Operations processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attentiveness to details, analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and spoken English; Fluency in other languages is an advantage
Beneficial
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Good knowledge of Excel Sheets and/or Google Suite
