What you'll be doing...

  • Developing and implementing a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment strategy for Coingaming Group;
  • Collaborating closely with the management team to determine the short-term and long-term employee needs, prepare recruitment roadmap and plans;
  • Finding and ‘hunting’ the best talent for our business, sourcing candidates for open positions, delivering recruitment campaigns;
  • Designing, planning and delivering candidate selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, advise hiring managers on hiring decisions throughout the selection process);
  • Designing, planning and delivering employer branding initiatives and activities - encouraging our people to become our brand ambassadors, managing and levelling up our Career Page, organising employer branding events and activities;
  • Training and advising our management team on recruitment and selection best practices;
  • Creating a ‘wow’ candidate experience for all our candidates and a ‘wow’ recruitment service for our business;
  • Making sure we have all the tools, processes and resources in place for achieving outstanding results;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, working closely with our key agencies for finding the best talent; 
  • Building relationships and actively networking with people in iGaming and technology industries for building a talent pool.

It is you who we are looking for if you have…

  • A proven track record of attracting and hiring great talent and mastering recruitment process from A to Z, ideally in a similar role;
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding approaches and techniques; knowledge of a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc);
  • Experience with ATS, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools and platforms;
  • Highly organised way of working and you can juggle with multiple projects and tasks at the same time without losing your excellence;
  • A great graving for outstanding results and a habit of exceeding expectations;
  • Endless excitement about new trends in recruitment and employer branding and try out new ideas and practices to level up your recruitment game;
  • Skills of a ‘people whisperer’ - you know your way to and through people, you are great with building successful relationships.
