Role description
We are expanding our Project admin operations team.
Project Admin Office (PAO) is part of Gofore group finance and responsible for project support functions and projects’ lifecycle management. Gofore Estonia is currently looking for a Finnish speaking Project admin office specialist located in Tallinn.
The role includes e.g following tasks
- taking care of dedicated projects from contract till closing
- creating and maintaining customer data in our internal systems
- securing compliance of project information
- internal systems usage support in project management
- customer invoicing
