What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally 4+ years of experience in marketing
- A proven track record of running social media campaigns with a virality effect
- Excellent English copywriting skills (German and French languages are a plus);
- Outstanding communication skills
- Previous experience in preparing marketing plans and budgets.
- Knowledge of main design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience in SEO
- Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requires creativity, fast learning and out-of-the-box thinking
Job description
This role is packed with potential and full of growth opportunities - both individually and professionally. You´ll have an opportunity to roll up your sleeves to do everything in your superpower to design a marketing strategy, including brand and digital (paid and organic) in order to engage, retain and expand our company globally. You will work directly with our founders and taking full ownership of our online presence and customer acquisition programs.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and owning the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products & features
- Drive the evolution of our brand positioning
- Collaborate and lead marketing across the organization
- Deepen relationships with key partners
- Build a marketing department
- Tracking campaigns and other KPIs
- Planning and managing the marketing budget
