We are currently seeking a Pharmacist to join Cayman´s European office in Tallinn. Cayman is seeking key personnel to establish permits, procedures and to assist in manufacturing of analytical standards. This position will work closely with Cayman´s international team to set up effective systems for handling and sales of controlled substances.

Requirements:

• Education: An academic degree of a dispensing chemist (pharmacist) acquired in a university, or a corresponding foreign qualification;
• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in pharmacy or medical wholesaler. Lab experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of legislation around medicines.
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and assist in all job duties
• Attention to detail, superior organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in the use of software for basic report and data analysis are highly desired

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handling, distribution, and manufacturing of regulated products for the European market
• File and submit all import and export documentation for regulated products.
• Timely registration activities for (medicinal) products when applying for, renewing, and amending marketing authorizations
• Communication with various government agencies and representatives
• Keep current, legible, complete, and accurate records of all weights, measures, techniques, and procedures followed or performed
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols
• Reporting of all data aberrations to manager and participate in investigational response to the aberration
• Assisting customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
• Report status of work to supervisor regularly
• Work collaboratively with other team members to accomplish goals
• Read scientific literature with accuracy and understanding
• May attend conferences, present posters, and write scientific papers
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures, including but not limited to safety, security and regulatory
