About this opportunity


Welcome to the Strategic Portfolio management team. You will be employed in and be organizationally part of a team in Group Finance but will work daily in a cross-functional environment with people and teams across the organisation. As a Strategic Portfolio Management Analyst you will work with the prioritisation process of Nordea’s IT development portfolio covering the majority of the Group’s agile development, programs and projects. You will work in close collaboration with mainly business, finance, risk and IT. You will work on the alignment and planning of the portfolio towards Nordea’s strategic agenda and support the management team with decision making and prioritisation.

What you’ll be doing:

-Partaking in the financial planning and prioritisation of the IT development portfolio
-Supporting the alignment of the portfolio with Group and unit strategies and risks
-Analysing and reporting on IT development portfolio performance
-Driving process development in the IT development portfolio planning and prioritisation domain
-Supporting and managing executive and unit communication related to the IT development portfolio
-Preparing presentations for the management team

Your experience and background:

-At least 4-5 years of work experience, ideally in management consulting, financial management, business development or project/portfolio management
-University degree, preferably in business, economics, finance/accounting or engineering
-Financial services industry experience is a bonus
-Very good presentation skills, experienced with MS Excel and Power Point
-Fluent in written and spoken English
