Your future role
As an Audit Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Tallinn office you will act as a lead member of an engagement team and be responsible for performing all aspects of the engagement, including planning, fieldwork, research on audit and accounting issues, reviewing financial statements and disclosures, coordinating and clearing all levels of review.
Who we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing companies;
- Good GAAP/IFRS knowledge;
- Experience in supervising work of others;
- University degree preferably in Accounting or Economics;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Estonian (other languages are a plus);
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels;
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements;
- Experience in international environment / projects will be a plus.
