Requirements for candidates

About you
We are looking for an ambitious person who has experience in leading a customer service team. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • Several years of work experience as Head of Customer Service, Customer Service Manager or similar role, preferable within the finance industry
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools (e.g. Jira, OTRS, Freshdesk, Zendesk etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably with resilience during hectic periods
  • High affinity for digital topics
  • Very good oral and written English

Preferred Skills

  • Experience or interest in crypto currencies and blockchain technology
  • Any additional language skill is a plus

Job description

About the position
As our new Head of Customer Service, you will be leading the Customer Service team in Tallinn, Estonia. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle: 

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution (B2C & B2B)
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel 
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Collaborate with internal and external organizational units (e.g. Compliance, Account Management, Product Management etc.)
