To achieve those goals and support our growth, we're looking to expand our team with a well-organized and detail-oriented COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY OFFICER

WHAT'S THE JOB?

• Booking product quality inspections with 3rd party inspection companies.
• Creating and updating Q&A checklists (when something has to be improved according to the reports, communication with the inspection company).
• Reviewing and confirming inspection reports (co-working with a senior colleague). Can be an opportunity for development in the future.
• Online compliance research. Making sure that products NoCry sells are compliant in future as well (co-working with inspection and legal department).
• Labelling & package compliance (when launching a new product – labels, instructions etc).
• Ordering label & package designs (co-working with Designer).
• Preparing user instructions (template approach – what kind of instructions should be).
• Managing certification checks with labs (communication with 3rd party companies, different certifications in UK, US).
• Ordering legal checks of user instructions, labels & packaging (communication with the lawyer).
• Communicating with suppliers (supportive role to Purchasing Manager).

WHAT QUALITIES DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Previous experience in a similar position/in the field - would be very much preferred.
• Willingness to adapt to fast-changing situations encountered in start-ups.
• Fluent in English.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset.
• Eager to learn and not afraid of taking responsibility.
• Well-organized, detail- and goal-oriented.
• Spirit of a team player, but can also work independently.
• Creative thinker and problem-solver, fast learner, with demonstrated initiative.
