Requirements for candidates

Requirements:

Fluent Dutch language in spoken and written (C1 language level)
Good English language in spoken and written (B2 language level)
Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
Interest in technology and good computer skills
Basic knowledge in IT background/tech stack would be considered as an advantage

Your responsibilities will be to support customers via calls, e-mails and chats, and closely work together with team to find solutions for customers!
