Requirements for candidates
- Experience in payroll and/or HR would be highly advantageous
- Very good proficiency in English (Estonian language skills are not required)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to work in a team and independently, high level of self-discipline
- Knowledge of aviation or air crew processes would be an advantage
- Ability to learn
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Collect employee payroll data in cooperation with clients & internal HR department
- Manage payroll process and tax- and social security reporting with 3rd party providers
- Processing travel and expenses reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounting input
- Registering new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assisting local and international employees with payroll and employment-related questions
