Legal assistant / Paralegal / Jurist abi (part-time to full-time)
Keystone Law is an innovative and fast-growing UK law firm. It has been awarded UK Law Firm of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2020.
We are seeking to recruit a paralegal / legal assistant / juristi abi to work with a UK Legal 500 recommended lawyer in our Tallinn office.
Tasks
- supporting lawyer with UK litigation
- review and preparation of legal documents
- preparation of correspondence
- document management and organisation
- administrative duties
Requirements
- preferably a law degree
- excellent written and verbal English is essential
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to carefully analyse information
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks or caseloads
- ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- good time management skills
- highly organised
- legal research skills and the desire to develop your understanding of the law
- flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work
- commercial awareness and an understanding of the clients' needs
- professionalism when working with colleagues, experts and clients
- excellent drafting & presentational skills
- great computer skills
Beneficial
- previous experience of working in a legal environment
- knowledge and/or experience of UK legal system
- legal database experience such as LexisNexis or Westlaw would be useful
