YOUR POSITION:
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leader and ultimate stakeholder for Creditstar Group operations which includes , international Country Management Operations & Customer Support
- Owner of the operational excellence framework covering Creditstar Group operations in all countries
- Active stakeholder in Creditstar Group activities related to Marketing, Legal/AML, Product development, Collection partners and Business expansion activities
- Management Reporting related to Country performance, Operational budget performance in addition ensure establishment and reporting on KPI’s for Operational departments on a monthly basis
- Owner of all Creditstar Group central internal procedures, ensuring procedures are established, maintained and updated accordingly with requirements and changes in business needs
- Responsible for for all Creditstar Group office equipment and contracts for service providers within the area of Operations
- Stakeholder in creating social events, building a corporate culture focused on results and development of reward and development programs for employees
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Proven international experience of 5+ years as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role in
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
- Experience with implementing IT systems
- Experience with international fintech companies
- High level technical skills
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Outstanding communication, strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to listen, ask questions and easily put yourself into the shoes of our customers and internal teams.
- You are able to come up with a good plan to get things done. Make sure we roll out impactful features fast.
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
