Apstec Systems Deployment team is searching a progressive, responsible and result-oriented Project Manager.

The Deployment Department PM’s role is to drive Apstec customer implementation projects in a timely fashion and within budget. PM is over all responsible for coordinating and prioritizing project tasks. Also, PM shall be responsible for effective operation of the Deployment department by distributing and prioritizing tasks, following up and coordinating activities by means of maintaining databases and department management software tools.

Responsibilities:

Defining and planning a project scope and objectives, monitoring progress;

Tracking of the project costs in order to meet budget;

Development and management of a detailed project schedule and work plan;

Communicating with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and insuring expected deliverables;

Management of the product life cycle system;

Management of the deployment department tasks in JIRA;

Monitor the execution of tickets, appoint those responsible for them. Monitor the filling of the "knowledge base" by the deployment department engineers;

Maintenance of a department page on Wiki;

Participation in product demonstrations;

Participation in the process of creating technical, design, permitting, reporting and advertising documentation.

Higher technical education;

Min 3 years of project management and related experience;

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline, problem solving abilities, communication skills, analytical thinking;

Strong intercultural skills and ability to adapt to different environments;

Fluent English;

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
