Job description:

  • Answering queries via chat and email
  • Investigating, escalating and resolving customer cases
  • Working closely with internal and external teams

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and verbal Japanese and English
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Tech savvy - highly skilled with computer and new technologies

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience managing demanding customers
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies 
  • Basic knowledge of sports betting and casino games
