Main tasks:
• Develop IM Product training strategy and product / soft skills training plan for Estonia market (face to face & online trainings)
• Plan and execute trainings for Partners’ store personnel, B2B, call centre employees & end customers;
• Create and develop materials for how-to videos and sales guides within structured online, classroom and in-store trainings, events;
• Coach and develop training and sales skills for the local Field Team (Trainers and Merchandisers) based in Estonia
• Manage internal budget approvals using internal corporate systems (SAP)
• Prepare reports for the country based training activities
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Good knowledge of sales skills and processes
• Experience as a trainer or public speaker
• Strong interest and passion in the tech industry
• Good communication, presentation and persuasive skills
• Fluency in English and Estonian; Russian knowledge will be considered a plus
• Driver’s licence
