IT Support Engineer

+ Degree in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through experience in technical support
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and high stress tolerance
+ Ability to learn fast and become proficient with unfamiliar systems
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
+ Basic Unix/Linux experience is an advantage
+ Knowledge of communication protocols ((S)FTP, AS2, HTTP(S), SOAP), different document formats (XML, EDIFACT, CSV), transformation technology (XSLT) is a great asset
+ Readiness and availability to work in shifts

In this dynamic role your focus will be to support our Integration platform, which provides standard communication and transformation services for connecting and exchanging data with customers. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems.

Your Responsibilities
+ Identify, analyze and resolve problems in response to customer or system reported incidents
+ Track and monitor all incoming requests as necessary to meet company defined service level agreements
+ Setup and configure requests together with customers
+ Make changes to existing setups based on customer description
+ Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments
