Additional information

We are looking for a self-organized, positive, active and bright-minded Fairy Godmother to our Administration team.

You will take care of our Tallinn office and help with tasks related to maintaining a pleasant working environment, company events and business trip organization.

You work your magic in:

  • Organizing daily happiness of employees between 6 floors.
  • Performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and other goods that help to generate a good working environment.
  • Undertaking occasional office duties in case of vacation days, sick leave or other reasons.

What helps you succeed:

  • Experience as a secretary, administrative assistant or personal assistant in a fast-paced office environment would be a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving positive mind.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Well-organized, helpful and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal & written English language and very good Russian. The Estonian language would be a plus.
  • Driving lisence would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, etc).
