CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We design products convenient and simple for users. We develop functionality with complex mechanics, and constantly review our methods of operation that are familiar to the market - while striving to be the best on the market.

We are looking for a customer support specialist with the Russian, English and at least one of the other foreign language skills (German, Spanish, Swedish, etc) who will join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. What to do:

• Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat;
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions;
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Experience & Skills:

• Upper Intermediate level of Russian and English + at least one of the following foreign languages: German, Spanish, Swedish, etc;
• Work experience in support;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Excellent PC skills;
• Keep attention to detail;
• Multi-tasking abilities;
• Readiness to work in evening and night shift.
