Main tasks:
Carrying out accounting, budgeting and reporting activities, incl:
• financial verification of transactions (commitments, invoices, payments)
• development and implementation of budget and finance activities, rules and regulations
• development and implementation of procurement activities, rules and regulations
• monitoring the financial implementation of projects
• preparation of the annual report
• upgrading the financial management system
• providing support to staff members and management in all financial and procurement aspects
Requirements for the candidate:
• Practical experience in financial management and accounting (incl in public sector)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in financial management or accounting
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Very good collaboration, time planning, and organising skills
• Very good written and spoken English, high level Estonian
• Ability to use office software at the specialist level
Recommended:
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Experience in financial software implementation
• Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics NAV

The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence is a multinational and interdisciplinary cyber defence hub. We do research, training and exercises in four core areas: technology, strategy, operations and law.
