Key responsibilities

As Client Solutions Manager for Httpool Estonia you’ll be a part of a dynamic team that works across all strategic ad product initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage the strategic relationships with our key agencies and advertisers, both accelerating their business as well as helping to unlock new opportunities
• Onboard new strategic business clients from the introduction of features to assistance with campaign creation and optimization
• Consult key advertisers and agencies on how to leverage advertising platforms to grow their business and delivering business and marketing objectives
• Educate advertisers and agencies on Httpool represented products through onsite and one-on-one training
• Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support with the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
• Ownership over the commercial success, full accountability and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs
• Be creative in improving customer service standards

• You are detail oriented and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects
• You have solid administrative abilities, as well as a strong work ethic
• You have experience with online advertising, analytics and social media
• You enjoy fast pace, rapidly changing environment, learning new things and demonstrating initiative
• You are fluent in Estonian and English, Russian is a bonus
• You have experience working in or with the media agency segment.
