Role:
You'll be an essential member of the Support Team, providing an unbeatable experience for our clients. You will provide a service that exceeds our customer expectations, taking ownership and ensuring queries and issues are resolved on the first contact. The business is expanding rapidly, so you'll be used to working in a fast-paced environment which is constantly evolving and innovating, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Tasks:
- Answer queries via Live Chat and email
- Investigating, escalating and resolving customer cases
- Working closely with internal and external teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English and French
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing demanding customers
- Tech savviness - highly skilled with computer and new technologies
Beneficial skills:

- A strong eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies
- Basic knowledge of Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io

Additional information:
This role involves working only during nights as well as sometimes working on weekends and some unsociable hours. The working pattern will be communicated during the interview.
