BUSINESS SERVICES SPECIALIST

We are seeking for
BUSINESS SERVICES SPECIALIST
to join our Business Services team at Finnair Business Services in Tartu, Estonia

Are you committed to care and value working together? Do you find supporting the customer and providing a good quality service vital to a business? You feel comfortable in expressing yourself in written English? Perhaps even Finnish? In this role you will be related to customer support by processing customer data in various digital environments.

You will succeed if you are:
• Comfortable in customer relations area
• Fluent in written and spoken English, light user in Finnish is beneficial
• With good communication skills
• Open to innovative work environment, interested in improving your work processes and
willing to participate in related activities
• Able to learn new programs and navigate easily through information
• A true team player who can involve others, provide support when needed and take
responsibility for own tasks
