Tasks
- Be a role model for Hurtigruten's core values: we inspire, empower, explore, care
- Deliver product, programs, communication, service and sales training to new and tenured travel consultants
- Adapt training content to meet the needs of and/or to improve the quality of existing content and develop new training content based on business needs.
- Prepare and conduct knowledge tests
- Support Travel Consultants and teams to achieve high service level and sales goals
- Cooperate with managers, team leaders and other departments to identify training needs
- Work with Quality Coordinators to continually address gaps between learning objectives and learning outcomes Update Knowledge base
- Contribute to development & improvement of systems and processes for excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian languages
- Previous experience in training and education for sales or call centers or related environments
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Self-driven with a desire to support other people to develop
- Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Committed team player including being flexible
- Sufficient knowledge and good skills to be able to use technology
- A degree (Bachelor's/Master's preferred) in Education, Business, Communications or related field
Beneficial
- Understanding of Call Center operations
- Additional certifications in adult learning and training are a plus!
- Experience in Tourism or Cruise industry
- Knowledge of other languages (French, German)
