Duties:
- Providing service support to the departments of pharmaceutical development: physicochemical, mass spectrometric and biological research, development of the composition of API and SFF, ensuring viral safety, etc.;
- Building up effective cross-functional interaction between the departments;
- Strategic and operational management of the department's activities;
- Budgeting of the department, cost optimization;
- Planning of material and technical equipment of the department;
- Revision/ optimization of the structure of the department to ensure its effective work;
- Team management and staff motivation;
- Participation in writing/ revising SOPs, policies, orders;
- Participation in internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Higher chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnological education;
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions at a pharmaceutical company;
- High level of organizational skills;
- Fluency in English will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of the main legal and industry requirements in the Russian Federation, EAEU and EU countries, EMA;
- Knowledge of ICH, GLP, GXP standards.
