Tasks
- Project management - track tasks in our internal project tracking system, ensure that all work is being completed on time.
- Sending status updates to clients.
- Working with the team to improve processes.
- Set up and use additional tooling to improve operations.
Requirements
- Great written and spoken English, C1 level is a minimum requirement.
- Able to work from home. You must have a quiet space with a good internet connection where you can focus on work. For example, a desk at home, a café, a university library.
- Willing to get on video calls with team members to learn more about their work process and coordinate their work.
- Curious and interested in learning about running operations at a small business.
- Kind, detail-oriented, dependable, responsible.
Beneficial
- Experience with project management at work or during studies. Knowledge of Asana, Trello, and other project management tools is a plus.
- Experience in writing is a plus, for example, essays, blog posts, academic papers.

Additional information
- For the Operations Intern position, we estimate the workload of 20h/week, however we are open to applicants that are available from 10h/week to 40h/week.
