Requirements:
- Higher education (biology, virology);
- Experience with viruses, proteins, antibodies;
- Experience in the laboratory, knowledge of regulatory documents (GLP, GMP, ICH);
- Knowledge/ understanding of working in agile;
- Ability to search and analyze literary data;
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of English (C2).
Duties:
- Elaboration of the vision and product strategy;
- Decision-making within the pharmaceutical development process of a drug: protein and gene therapy drugs;
- Selection of the project team: assessment of the necessary competencies to start the project;
- Drawing up and updating the road map of the project;
- Backlog creation, prioritization;
- Assessment of project opportunities and risks;
- Team support during the project implementation (operational management);
- Stakeholder engagement;
- Collection of information on the product and analysis of the information received;
- Resource planning, monitoring compliance with the budget;
- Compliance with SCRUM events.
