Requirements for candidates
• Minimum 2 years analytical experience; marketing analytics or consulting experience is an advantage
• Education degree - BSc/MSc/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Science or the equivalent
• Excellent skills in data analytics: SQL, Power BI, DAX, R, Python to work efficiently at scale
• Excellent data visualization skills. Experience in creating dashboards in Power BI
• Sharp analytical skills, can-do attitude, dealing with fast changes and ability to work at a high pace is a must
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end-users and technical resources
• Previous experience in the Fintech/Banking sectors is an advantage
• Strong personality with the ability to handle stress and various tasks at the same time
• Ability to effectively work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
Job description
• Marketing and channel performance analytics, optimization strategies and customer behaviour analyses
• Leading core insights from the data and suggesting marketing strategy that drives fundamental improvements of the business
• Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teams (SEM, CRM, affiliate, social media, etc.) with deep marketing-driven data perspective to propose new ideas for growth
• Deliver reports and dashboards on key metrics: customer base, funnel, conversion events, segmentation types, referring channels, marketing campaigns and specific attribute correlations
• Develop automated reporting in Power BI and manipulate complex datasets, improving and automating the current data workflow, build data pipelines between data warehouse and analytical platform
• Pursue data quality, collaborate with data acquisition team, ensure data is optimized to provide crystal-clear visibility into the past, present, and future behaviours of our customers
• Analyze and optimize media buys, marketing investments and media campaigns
• Effectively share insights and analyses with stakeholders to drive business decision
• Ensure that the team is properly understanding the value of all the marketing channels for acquisition and retention
• Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their funnel and engagement behaviours, conduct customer analyses: behaviour, segmentation, customer value
• Be the data and analytical lead in various projects and work closely with different teams across the company, always striving to ensure the highest ROI
