Overall Role Mandate:
Reporting to the European Manger, Dispatch & Fulfillment, the Fulfillment Specialist will be involved with customers via different channels to ensure the timely process and delivery of orders. S/he will be responsible for all administrative functions pertaining to the accurate processing of orders and on time installation. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and multi-task effectively, be organized, detail oriented, flexible, reliable, and work well under pressure.

What We Are Looking For:
• Fluency, both written and spoken in English
• 3+ years of minimum epxerience in a relevant position
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail to ensure proper upkeep of all data received
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are a "must"
• Analytical skills to assess information, identify implications and develop logical recommendations
• Insight and prioritizing skills to address multiple and conflicting tasks
• Multi-tasking strengths to respond to a variety of requests for information and assistance
• Strong team player skills and customer-focused approach
• Fast learner with IT and technical interest
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Your role will encompass the following:
• Process all incoming new orders on existing and new customers
• Manage all order and customer related data in database
• Validate installation related data and secure registration in the system
• Securing on time and accurate data registration regarding movement of hardware in the system
• Manage timely and accurate invoicing
• Manage returning hardware and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain working knowledge of solutions and subscriptions offered
• Answer ad hoc questions on a general basis
• Dispatch incoming installations
• Engage with local installers
• Provide basic technical support to installers
• Coordinate installations with end customers and/or project managers
• As a senior specilasit would be expected to coach/mentor your team members
