Tasks
- Manage booking and ticketing of travel to support FIT, Groups, Corporate, and Crew bookings, in line with our negotiated contracts, pricing and fees, and service and quality standards
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient approach to all bookings, with a focus on customer experience and internal service delivery
- Handle changes, cancellations, and adjustments as needed, recovering refunds when possible
- Support irregular operations, emergencies, and schedule changes travel as needed
- Be up to date with trainings, product knowledge and Amadeus, Sabre skills
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry
- Good knowledge of booking systems, documentation procedures, and other processes, with excellent knowledge of GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre) , MS Office and Reporting tools
- Reservation skills for domestic and international reservations, including air, hotel, rail & transportation
- Fluent English; other languages beneficial
- Desire to provide good customer service, good communication skills
- Cooperative and a dedicated team player, also able to work independently
