You will lead a team composed of experienced professionals and new recruits. The purpose of the job is to lead and develop teams capability in the area of KYC (know your customer) for high risk customers belonging to PeB Finland.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the KYC Services PeB. Our role is to add value by performing Enhanced Due Diligence on existing & potential new high risk customers on behalf of Personal Banking (PeB). We support our Customers and Stakeholders by being professionals in what we do – we protect Nordea and its Customers from criminals trying to abuse services and products.We gather intel, analyze data & customer input to finally take decisions that serve the Customers & Nordeas best intrest.

We take our responsibilitiy to society seriously and provide timely services, transparency, insights and support to others in the bank too – we cooperate closely with other units in GBS Operations, with Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) and Personal Banking.

What you will be doing:

Leading and developing a team of experienced and newly recruited AML specialists
Setting and following targets – both individual and team targets
Supporting the team and making sure they are equipped in the tools they need to do their daily job
Providing Management Information in a timely manner
Providing transparency and insight to your stakeholders
Being an integral part of the development of KYC Services and how KYC is performed for PeB

You'll join KYC Servces PeB Finland team in Estonia.

Your experience and background:

Fluency (spoken, written, reading) in Finnish and English
Masters or mid-master degree
Previous leadership experience preferred but not mandatory
