We are looking for Production Specialists to join our operations site in Tallinn. As a production specialist, you will receive thorough training on the job and will soon be able to confidently work in any of our main departments - inbound, repair and outbound. You don't need any prior experience, just the motivation to learn fast.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Depending on the department you might find yourself activating and diagnosing incoming smartphones (Inbound)
- Repairing faulty iPhones and their parts, such as screens, batteries, ear speakers and more (Repair)
- Fulfilling and preparing customer's orders for shipment, packing and installing accessories (Outbound)

Our fast hiring process consists of 2 steps, first interview with our friendly recruiter Albina and the second and final interview with one of our smart and supportive team leads.

Work extent: Full time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 6:00-14:30/14:30-23:00 alternating from week to week
Start date: As soon as possible

ABOUT SWAPPIE
Swappie is a high growth technology company from Helsinki, which started its operations in Tallinn January 2021. Swappie is building an end-to-end marketplace for refurbished smartphones. We’re currently in hyper growth mode and expanding our operations across Europe, bringing the circular smartphone economy to the masses.
