To achieve those goals and support our growth, we're looking to expand our team with a well organised and result-oriented LOGISTICS ASSISTANT.

WHAT'S THE JOB?

• Creating, processing and providing shipping documents to suppliers.
• Interacting with third-party logistics service providers.
• Checking invoices and processing them for accounting.
• Requesting and processing customs documentation.
• Retrieving, updating, and maintaining product information database.
• Keep track of discrepancies between shipped and received quantities in Amazon.
• Monitor if correct fees have been applied and update the database.
• Submitting cases to Amazon.

WHAT QUALITIES DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Higher education in logistics (can be in progress).
• Willingness to adapt to fast-changing situations encountered in startups.
• Fluency in English.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset.
• Eager to learn and not afraid of taking responsibility.
• Well-organized, detailed, and goal-oriented.
• Spirit of a team player, but can also work independently.
• Creative thinker and problem-solver, fast learner, with demonstrated initiative.
