Business customer manager

• Excellent knowledge in written and spoken Estonian language;
• Good writing and talking skills in English (for communication with colleagues);
• Talking skills in Russian would be an advantage (for communication with Russian speaking customers);
• Computer literacy (main MS Office programs);
• Personality skills such as attention to details, responsibility, very good communication, problem solving, ability to work separately;
• The general understanding about our selling tools – this area must be your wanted area to work;
• Experience in online retail would be an advantage.

• Communication with customers via emails and phone regarding their orders, payments, delivery details, product characteristics;
• Main focus to sales for small and medium companies in construction, woodworking, metal and other industries;
• Active involvement in online marketing activities, in preparing of texts in the site and for marketing messages;
• Communication with product managers regarding product supply and characteristics;
• Replacement of colleagues in charge of private clients during their holidays.

• Possibility to work from home (doesn’t matter from which city or countryside). Only 2-3 days per quarter will be necessary to come to our office which is located in Vilnius. All expenses of the trip and accommodation in Vilnius will be paid by the company;
• Possibility to familiarize and broaden knowledge in e-commerce business specifics;
• A steady and on-time salary which is 1300 € after taxes + all social guarantees + possibility to get bonuses according to the results.
