• Will be conducting root cause analysis for critical and reoccurring incidents and coordinating activities to prevent incidents from happening
• Will be managing the life-cycle of identified problems (reporting, investigation, communication, and coordination of activities to address root causes)
• Will be maintaining Problem Management interfaces with other units in the company
• Will be promoting Problem Management mindset across the company
• Will be proactively offering ideas and solutions to avoid interruptions and to minimize the impact of interruptions that cannot be prevented (via trend analysis of important services or historic incidents)

• Are a confident communicator and understand the impact and benefits of building up good work relationships with your peers
• Have very good problem-solving skills with an emphasis on the resolution of complex technical problems
• Are able to process and acquire new information with ease, in order to quickly understand complex systems and coordinate virtual technical teams to solve problems
• Are well organized, self-managed and take full responsibility in the scope of daily work
• Are persistent and curious enough to keep investigating and pushing important topics - you won't be stopped by obstacles or an apparent dead-end before you reach the resolution
• Have general knowledge of service operation frameworks (such as ITIL, Lean IT, DevOps)
