Job Description
Do you thrive from providing excellent service and support while building relationships?You will have an important role in the company - you are responsible that everything is working smoothly. You will help our main functions- operations, management and HR to focus on their work by helping them with administrative tasks, but as well you brain stretching ones. Your responsibilities include organizing and managing files, scheduling meetings and appointments and supporting other staff with organizational tasks.

- Help out the management team with their busy tasks and "not urgent" tasks
Qualifications
- Very good organizing and prioritizing skills
- Detail-, results- and solution oriented
- Good multitasking skills
- Adaptable with new technologies and platforms
- Systematic and structured thinking and approach to assignments
- Good communication skills
- Very good English language skills
Basic qualifications
- Higher education, can also be in acquisition phase
- Previous assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience as living and working abroad or doing voluntary work
