REVENUE PROTECTION SPECIALIST

Finnair Business Services is looking for a REVENUE PROTECTION SPECIALIST (REVENUE INTEGRITY) to join our Order Management & Revenue Protection team, operating from offices both in Vantaa Finland and in Tartu, Estonia. This position is based in Tartu office.

As a Revenue Protection Specialist (Revenue Integrity), you will be responsible of designated tasks within revenue integrity area, development and quality of data supporting decision-making and managing and developing tools for revenue integrity process optimization and automation within Revenue Management. In this role you will gain insight into our core business and you will be able to contribute to commercial decision making.

The main responsibilities in this role are:

• managing Finnair’s Global Booking & Ticketing Policy applicability across markets;
• monitoring compliance of global partner network and their followed booking practices in line with the policy;
• analyzing related data to support performing operational tasks and further decision-making;
• pro-actively create ideas for utilizing data analysis to significantly improve business performance;
• consulting internal stakeholders within the area of responsibility;
• contribute to the development of revenue protection processes and methods.

An ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
• 2-3 years of experience from travel agency/airline industry, preferably with:
• knowledge on booking and/or ticketing practices;
• knowledge of one or multiple reservation system(s);
• ability to work with tight schedules and deadlines;
• highly analytical and business minded working style;
• strong teamwork and communication skills;
• cooperation skills across teams and in multi-national environment;
• fluency in English;
• advanced level MS Office tools skills.
