Community Relations Manager

• Perfect Russian and English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Being solution-oriented 
• Work experience in Customer Support or Marketing
• Experience with CRM systems like Helpdesk, Zendesk or Intercom 
• Basic SMM knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies or financial products is a plus

Your job will be to stay in touch with our evergrowing online community answering questions, sparking conversations, smoothing debates and building our online reputation. As a Community Relations Manager you will closely work with our Marketing and Support teams, participating in their operations and synchronising with the product growth goals. You will also work with the Product Development team to make sure that the voices of our customers are heard and taken into account when it comes to fixing bugs, introducing new features and planning our roadmap.
