Reinvent Baltics OÜ is looking for a Due Diligence Process Assistant to support its growing business.
- You hold a law degree and have some work experience
- You preferably have experience from a commercial agreement or transaction-focused team where you have gained project management skills and learned to manage complex contracts with an international context; experience from general corporate law, and/or IT and outsourcing is also meriting. However, your passion for learning and taking on new challenges can easily compensate for limited experience in the aforementioned areas
- You have a positive and humble attitude and have very good cooperation and communications skills; you should be a real team player
- You are known to be delivering on what you undertake, have a hard-working and proactive attitude and an ambition to add value
Tööülesannete kirjeldus
- Identifying and keeping track of legal areas that need to be managed as part of the integration work between primarily group global businesses
- Be the main point of contact in the Legal team in relation to requests for assistance coming from internal stakeholders who are outside of the Estonian organization
- Being responsible for Reinvent group KYB processes
- Supporting the Legal team´s lawyers with communication with internal and external communication
