We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our HR Team in the Tallinn office. You will assist us in the growth of our IT teams.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible to source, screen and provide a shortlist of candidates for different technical positions as well as designing and implementing a specific process for each team.

You will also help us spread our employer brand on online platforms, on your communication, on your candidate experience, and internally. You will help us reduce our hiring time and should ensure that we attract the best experts and professionals.

You should be able to build and organize a strong tech talent pipeline, assist Hiring Managers with the hiring process and retain skilled collaborators.

What we will require you to have

  • Proven 2+ years of recruiting experience, as a Technical Recruiter role is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Proficiency to build and have an applicant tracking system and resume databases
  • Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques and methods
  • Great oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Russian at the level of communication is good to have
  • Understanding of HR practices and knowledge of all labor regulations in Estonia
  • An outstanding problem-solver
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy
  • Good time management and organizational skills

What would be Your main responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms
  • Lead job and task analysis to document job responsibilities and requirements
  • Source potential candidates on social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
  • Parse particular skills and capabilities to screen IT resumes
  • Assess the abilities of the applicant by pre-screening calls
  • Design a Recruiting strategy that best suits the hiring manager and team needs
  • Collaborate with IT team leads to forecast the hiring needs and objectives of the team
  • Keep passive candidates warm and informed about new open positions
  • Create job offer letters and welcome new hires
  • Promote the reputation of the company thru employer branding
